The museum is located at 512 Gibson Road one half mile west of the County Fair Mall on East Street in urban Woodland in a two and a half acre park. The house is surrounded with towering trees, historical plantings and groomed lawn. Convenient free parking is available. The park is open during regular museum hours for picnicking. The grounds are available, on a fee basis, for weddings, receptions, family reunions and other group activities.
The Museum and grounds are now open to the public on Thursday through Sunday between 12 noon to 4 pm. On Thursday and Friday the office is open between 9 am and 4 pm and closed on all major holidays.
